Handmade Sugar Scrub

HANDMADE

SUGAR SCRUB

Sometimes holiday gifting can be tough.
You never know what to get your friends, family or coworkers or anyone else you forgot. ha

“Do they have this? Would they like that???”
Handmade gifts are always a hit, and everyone loves a sugar scrub!

We have a recipe that will have you a simple and perfect gift in just a few minutes.
You will love them so much that you will want to keep one yourself!

Ingredients For one

All natural ingredients!!!

 ·        ½ cup sugar (we used raw sugar)

 ·        ¼ cup coconut oil (if you have a coconut allergy you

can use grape seed oil as a substitute)

 ·        6-8 drops of essential oils (your choice)

·        Glass Jar of your choice (we used small spice jars)

Instructions

Pour your sugar and coconut oil in two separate glass bowls.

Melt the coconut oil in the microwave until melted to liquid form.

Pour the coconut oil into the sugar and stir well,

then add 6-8 drops of essential oils and stir again.

After all ingredients are mixed you want to scoop the mix into the glass jar then wipe off the jar to remove any oil on the outside.

For packaging we used printable round labels to customize the jar

added twine (you could use ribbon or lace also) to tie around the jar

and little spoons to scoop out the scrub.

We used Lemon, Peppermint, and Citrus Fresh.

This was the final product!
